AI Product Leader & Builder

Dallas, TX (Remote)

I turn operational complexity into AI-native products teams actually use, owning the whole loop from strategy and discovery through production code. By day I lead the AI function at Command Alkon, owning platform strategy and roadmap across teams. On my own, I ship production products for paying customers, including a mineral-rights operations platform and a 106k-line venue operating system, built on Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres, and the Claude API. Curiosity, precision, and a strong sense of craft.

About Me

I'm a product leader who finds the highest-value problem inside messy operations and owns it to a shipped outcome: strategy, discovery, roadmap, and delivery across teams. At Command Alkon I lead the AI function, setting platform strategy across 4+ engineering teams and turning ambiguity, from vague executive asks to raw customer pain, into products people actually use.

The edge is that I also build. I became the first product owner at Command Alkon to deliver production features through the full PR-to-prod process using AI-assisted development, and I architected a production RAG-based enterprise knowledge platform on AWS Bedrock and OpenAI: vector search, citation logic, ABAC. On my own, I've solo-built three production platforms: Galley, a live outreach-to-contract system running a mineral-rights firm's pipeline; Fortress, a 106,000-line venue operating system; and Storypoint, an AI-native product for agile teams. Same instinct every time: find the tangle, take it apart, ship one system.

That instinct is old. Since childhood, I've been wired with a curiosity to understand how things work, not just to take them apart, but to put them back together, often better than before. It's how I taught myself SQL and data visualization at a startup when we lacked customer insight, figured out Zapier workflows and Twilio integrations when we needed automation, and eventually taught myself to ship full-stack production code. Self-driven, iterative problem-solving, turning ambiguity into actionable outcomes.

At my core, I'm a builder, whether it's systems, teams, or ideas, and I'm driven by the desire to simplify complexity and create impactful, lasting products.

Professional Journey

Five roles, one instinct — find the tangle, take it apart, ship one system. Tap any role for the detail.

Product leadership for the AI function: platform strategy and roadmap across 4+ engineering teams, turning enterprise knowledge access into an AI search capability the whole product suite uses. First product owner at the company to ship production features through the full PR-to-prod process, proof the product leadership includes building.

Platform Strategy
  • Own platform strategy across 4+ engineering teams: shaped what the AI knowledge platform is, who it serves, and the roadmap to get there
  • Delivered an enterprise-ready product, not a demo: ABAC permission models, audit logging, and enterprise SSO so customers can actually adopt it
  • Architected and delivered the production RAG-based knowledge platform powering AI search across the full product suite
  • Designed a multi-provider LLM integration layer (AWS Bedrock + OpenAI) so the org can evaluate and swap models without re-engineering
  • Built citation and source-attribution logic across Jira, PDFs, video transcripts, and Markdown for auditable AI responses, plus Python ingestion pipelines with semantic chunking and embeddings processing thousands of documents into vector search
