Whether it was dismantling mechanical toys or later teaching myself guitar and music production, I've always approached challenges by peeling back the layers, understanding the components, and then building solutions from the ground up.

This mindset shaped my career in product development. At a startup, faced with limited customer insights, I taught myself SQL and data visualization with tools like Domo and Tableau. When we needed customer automation, I figured out Zapier workflows and Twilio integrations. I've consistently leveraged this self-driven, iterative problem-solving approach throughout my work, turning ambiguity into actionable outcomes.

Today, I serve as Principal Product Manager for AI & Platform at Command Alkon, leading the Command Cloud Experience team in delivering scalable solutions for the Heavy Building Materials industry. My focus spans from designing role-based access control systems and implementing AI tools like Spotlight AI, to redefining data import workflows and UX patterns. I thrive at the intersection of creativity, technology, and business strategy.
